Flew economy comfort plus. Whatever Delta promises you, there aren't guarantees such as guaranteed overhead carry-on bin space! Economy Comfort Plus really only gets you extra leg room. That's all. Delta's cabin crew is the best.

Delta flight and cabin crew are the best. Their professionalism, friendliness and attention makes up for the shortcomings of Delta's service products. Your Economy Comfort Plus Guarranteed overhead carry-on staroage bin space, premium breakfast basket are really just promises and has a good chance of not happening.

I regularly travel DL due to their partnership with VS, so I earn FC miles. I can't fault DL much at all - aircraft are new, crew are friendly, IFE (Delta Studio) is good and WiFi typically works absolutely fine, and is good value.

Excellent customer service after global grounding of flights. Their calming nature calmed all questioners with the best answers to their questions. Worked hard once systems were a go. Snacks were given away to help with passengers in SLC. Only kind words for Delta!

Delta offers free TV/Movies in the headrest and or mobile device. They are on time more often than not and the flight crew is always excellent.

The snack options are pretty bad. Cookies good, snack mix = stale. Drinks are 90% ice.

Good aircraft (767-300) and nice enough cabin crew, although a little grumpy and standoffish.
The food was excellent for airline food and service was great. Constantly presented with food, snacks and drinks but it wasn?t irritating.
Leg room was good. and overall a good flight.

Delta reps. in MSP ruined the experience unfortunately.

Best in-flight crews of any US airline, by far. The ground staff is good, too. Aircraft interiors are well-kept and they appear to have more aircraft with entertainment than their competitors. Sadly, Delta, like most carriers, doesn't do well during irregular operations. For example, during a ground stop for arriving and departing flights at LGA due to Donald Trump's plane leaving, they closed the door for the GSP flight on time and would not re-open it for me - I ran from the adjacent terminal because my inbound connection was late. The GSP flight sat there for 17 minutes and they would not let me on. Instead, I got re-routed through ATL, making it a two stop journey for a 900-mile trip. Par for the course for most airlines, but this prevents me from giving Delta 5-stars.

Been a Delta Frequent Flyer for over 30 years. They are my #1 choice to fly with. This flight crew was amazing.

My only (negative) critique would be that the in-flight entertainment didn't work so great. You have to download the GOGO app but the network isn't fast enough to do it, so you end up not being able to watch the free streaming movies that they offer.

The flight was a little delayed, but the service throughout the flight was good. A full meal, snack, and then a smaller meal are served on the flight from KDTW to EGLL. Snacks are also available at the rear of the cabin. The inflight entertainment will keep you entertained for the entirety of the flight too.

I like delta airlines, but the atmosphere isn?t always the best, crew will some times just be there because it?s their job and aren?t always there when they are needed. They perform their safety demonstrations with no issue. They?ve been great there. I?ve only really had one or two flights in particular I?ve been very happy with. Most others it?s just another flight. A certain other airline never fails to please me, so this isn?t my first choice but I would never hesitate to take a delta flight.

The boarding and deplaning of Delta flights is a circus, and in this case the boarding of the plane started really early, and then sat on the tarmac for another 30 mins. Flight crew was really friendly and attentive, asked often if I needed anything else.

I had 33A, paid $35 for it and I won?t complain. I could?ve laid on the floor and had room to spare, literally. I typically don?t like exit rows but this one is worth it. The crew was phenomenal, excellent world class FAs and the captain allowed me to ask questions and sit in the cockpit.

The flight was cancelled because the plane broke while we were at the gate, but there was nothing delta could have done to prevent it. They booked us individually into our own hotel rooms and paid for everything. They worked extremely hard to get our group of 50 people onto another flight.
