An excellent airport. Getting to the airport is easy by bus, taxi or train. Checkin was done quite rapidly, however security checks are taking quite a time. Facilities and shops are up to standard nd wifi is strong.

2014 July-ahead to MUC: sweet passenger server when im alone finding my boareding gate in BKK, but i spent too much time on finding info encounter and by the way, wifi it only last for 1 hour, BKK is quite large and wide in general

Very slow service at baggage claim area. There was too many passengers in 1 baggage claim. I recommend them to have 1 line for First Class,Business Class, Gold and Platinum card holder and another one for Economy passengers especially for flight which operated by Airbus A380

This was my first departure from Suvarnabhumi Airport, It was a very busy airport and was very easy to navigate through customs and immigration quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only problem at BKK is the sheer limited number of immigration counters. And if the flight arrives at late night hours or early morning hours, it will be terribly crowded. Takes a while to get through immigration.

I used fast track service that I highly recommend and will always pay the extra to bypass the queues through customs, I was met by a guide who took me through the fast lane and straight to immigration, and I was the only one at this counter, from there I went straight to the luggage
